We love our customers and we are excited to get your items to you as quickly as we can. Currently Nicole's Crafty Creations is running a 12-14 days production time on all orders. All sales are final on personalized items.
All of my items are handmade to order and carefully packed with protective packaging. If there is an unlikely event of product damage during shipment please message me immediately and send me a picture of the damaged item and box within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Unfortunately, since our items are made to order, we do not accept order cancellations. Please be sure of your selections before submitting your order. However, if you do need to change something about your order such as color, size, or your address, please message us as soon as possible.
