We love our customers and we are excited to get your items to you as quickly as we can. Currently Nicole's Crafty Creations is running a 5-7 days production time on all custom orders. All sales are final on personalized items.

Unfortunately, since our items are made to order, we do not accept order cancellations. Please be sure of your selections before submitting your order. However, if you do need to change something about your order such as color, size, or your address, please message us as soon as possible.
